Foundation donates to Sankhu School in Nepal

Saturday, January 9th, 2010

The Foundation donated to the Sankhu-Palubari Community School to continue the Emily Sandall Memorial Fund. It is our fervent hope and dream that this fund will continue to grow over the years and that it will allow as many students as possible to attend the school. She would love that.
She always fondly remembered her time at the school and wanted to go back at some point. Even if she cannot physically, we can honor her spirit and dedication.

She loved working with the teachers and students at the school. She had tirelessly fund-raised for the school in high school and even started a club at her college called Children’s Second Chance to support the school.
