In honor of Emily on the 20th year of her Foundation we are proud to be sponsoring 20 students to attend the Sankhu-Palubari community school in Nepal. We will also be continuing our support of the pre-K and Kindergarten rooms for early literacy. Emily loved the school and worked tirelessly for it. The Foundation is also pleased to be supporting the Holistic Health Program in Guatemala through Garden's Edge. The practitioners use a combination of acupuncture, traditional medicine and physical therapy to help the communities in Guatemala. I feel that Emily would feel very passionate about the scholarships for the girls and the health program to improve their parent’s future and therefore the girl’s future.

Emily’s Foundation is very pleased to continue to support scholarships through Garden’s Edge in Guatemala. In addition to supporting students in their academic education the students had workshops in communication skills, baking, healthy recipe prep, agroecology and use of medicinal plants.
