The Sandall Family will be helping to support a Creative Solutions project through Garden's Edge and Qachuu Aloom in honor of Emily.
The project is designed by Julian Vasquez Chun.Julian will be researching bees to preserve the native pollinators that are at risk of extinction.He will be learning to raise bees from an experienced beekeeper near his village.
His goal is to preserve these bees for food security and to give village elders access to the honey for medicinal purposes.
He feel this project has important environmental,cultural and economic components.Wouldn't Emily love this project! We wish Julian much success with his project!
