Foundation donates to the Jane Ferguson Wilderness Adventures

To honor Emily in the 19th year of her Foundation we donated to the Jane Ferguson Wilderness Adventures in Red Lodge Montana.They provide wilderness trips with area youth with the chance to build lifelong relationships to nature through adventure,science education, team building and personal discovery.Some of her beloved Outward Bound colleagues are part of this organization.

From the program director , Travis Burdick, who was a friend and fellow Outward Bound instructor: "Emily was one of my favorite people at Outward Bound. I loved dance parties with her and going on runs and talking about big beautiful things in life. We had a wonderful 2025 year at Jane Ferguson Wilderness Adventures.We introduced 4 groups of kids to the Beartooth Mountains and gave them a chance to connect with the wilderness and each other.Thank you for your continued generosity."

Isn’t this a great way to guarantee wilderness stewardship for the future? I know Emily would be very excited about this.
